where can I make payments if I don’t have a credit card

  I have been advised by the Event Organiser, that you can pay at the bank to purchase a Promo Code. Usually, you then have to go to Race Roster and use the promo code instead of a credit card when you are registering for the event. She is posting the steps on the Trinidad and Tobago International Marathon Facebook page.
