INTRODUCTION

The annual T&T Prison Service – Michael Hercules 9K Road Race & Walkathon is back and will take place on Saturday, May 24th, 2025. This event honors the life and contributions of former Commissioner, Mr. Michael Hercules. In recent years, the race has gained significant popularity among runners, with only 100 spots available to the public.

This year's goals include:
- Elevating the event's management standards
- Promoting community health and wellness
- Encouraging local involvement
- Boosting staff participation and fostering camaraderie

Participants can as usual ,expect post race snacks, plus the exciting addition of electronic timing through Chronotrack and Athlinks—all for a low registration fee of $50! Registration will be fully online, with bibs available for early pickup in the days leading up to the event, ensuring smooth and hassle-free start on race day.

Bib Collection

To collect your bib, please bring along the confirmation e-mail and one form of ID.
Bib Collection will be from May 21st to 23rd at the Prisons Sports Club In Golden Grove between 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

PARKING & SHUTTLES.

• Parking is available at the Prison Service Sports Club.
• Shuttles are available to the START line at the Arima Velodrome. The last shuttle leaves at 5:30 am.
